Fees and Services
Insurance:
My services are not covered by most health insurance policies. My fees can be applied to a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account.
Fees:
Initial 90-minute consultation: $200.
45-minute follow-up visit: $100.
Consultation letters:
Detailed consultation letters will be mailed to you and your child's pediatrician after the initial visit unless requested otherwise.
